I love myself a good smoothie! They're refreshing, filling and a healthy alternative to other desserts. I often drink them in the morning to give me energy and a fresh start to my day. Here is a recipe (from Taste.com.au) I have been loving lately:
For 2 Smoothies
150g strawberries (roughly chopped)
115g frozen raspberries
2/3 cup natural Greek yoghurt (you can also use a thick vanilla yoghurt if you want the smoothie to be sweeter)
1/3 cup milk
1Tbsp maple syrup
Pop it all in a blender, blend until it is at a smooth consistency, serve and you're done!
