Hello to Highlighting

I have a confession to make... until recently I had never used highlighter before. In my defence, there are so many highlighters in this world that I didn't know where to begin. I did some research and read some reviews (as I always do before purchasing something new) and decided on Makeup Revolution's Vivid Baked Highlighter in Golden Lights. I also picked up the Setting Brush from Real Techniques. Here are some thoughts:

Finding the perfect foundation is something I've struggled with since I first started wearing make up. I also swatched 042 when I was in store, but decided upon 045 as I felt that it suited my skin tone and style better.

Back in October I reviewed Essence's lip liners, however I hadn't been able to get my hands on the shade 'In the Nude'. I finally managed to grab it during Priceline's Pink Dot Sale (haul here) and am so excited to have it in my collection.
